Our Philosophy

We believe that we are born curious and when given the environment to explore our unique gifts and talents growth is inevitable. Growing Tree Resource Center is dedicated to cultivating and nurturing life-long learners. Our program provides a cooperative environment where children have access to educational exploration and discovery while strengthening social-emotional skills, alike.

Our Enrichment Program

Seasoned educators facilitate enriched learning opportunities that encourage children to explore, experiment, and create while stretching themselves with challenges to further expand their capabilities. These opportunities will include project-based and self-directed learning stations that promote curiosity, develop skills and abilities. Various modalities such as art, physical activities, outdoor play, mindfulness, yoga and music are all offered. In addition to our learning environment, we have access to a playground, library, community garden, basketball court, pickleball court and amphitheater.

Since we are an intimate community, we have the flexibility to meet the children’s individual needs in a unique and meaningful way, contrary to large learning institutes. The resource center is available to use beyond our Day Program for enrichment classes and parent/child activities. Learn more.
