Coach Mike Garcia

Coach Mike began his health and fitness journey when he began lifting weights to condition for football when he was 14 years old. Shortly after, he began changing his eating habits by eliminating soda from his diet. After high school Mike joined the United States Marine Corps. His motivation to become a Marine were the challenging experiences the Marine Corps had to offer. Through his experience in the Marine Corps he learned to embrace adversity instead of hiding from it.

Mike became a certified personal trainer in 2009 shortly after his military service.

Mike realized early on in his career that there is more to well-being than eating and exercising. Seeking out more knowledge he found The CHEK Institute and eventually became a Holistic Health Practitioner. Now with a comprehensive mind & body approach to creating and sustaining ones well-being, there is no guessing or ‘shooting from the hip’ when it comes to achieving long term health & fitness goals.

Mike is a family man, a caring husband and a loving father of two fiery young girls. He is a living example of honor, courage & commitment. He also has been practicing regenerative agriculture since 2018 on a friends farm located in Wentzville, MO. He has been a volunteer at Growing Tree Resource Center teaching kids fitness classes since 2020. Most importantly Mike is truly passionate about cultivating natural health and helping people who are ready & willing to take charge of their life and how they choose to live it.

Mike is a compassionate human being who cares deeply for the well-being of all life on planet Earth.
